Well in High School there was this kid named Justin who liked to call himself Jaguar and who still uses this moniker. He was constantly picked on because he had a poor attitude and was a asshat who would unplug our school router during lan games.

He got dumped by every girlfriend he ever had and things have not gotten better he now lives in Georgia where he plays MMORPG's and watches hentai. Because his SAT's were low he was forced to go to a HBC University in the Dirty South.

Our condolences go out to this lost geek a friend of Graal, WOW and many other games that attract people just like him.

Graalonline, which started as Zelda Online and consisted of stolen graphics and a stolen concept which was all owned by Nintendo was eventually sued and forced to remove the infringing graphics and name.

Graalonline which has never been affiliated with Nintendo is owned by two french nationals who have a history of deceptive business practices (click here). Unixmad and Stefan have a history of promising to pay his staff most of which are underage pre-teens and then firing them or banning them from this massive online game.

Graal has had multiple Paypal accounts over the years because Paypal continues to close their accounts due to customers disputing billing. Graal is not a registered business and does not have any offices or own any servers but instead is ran out of a house in france and leases servers from ServerPlanet.

If you are a business or and individual I strongly caution you from using NamePros or WebHostingTalk since both of these communities will allow anyone to make statements against you and then the owners of both sites in total bias will then close your account and prevent you from providing a response.

Both of these communities will make up rules on the fly that do not exist in their community rules and will enforce these made up rules as they so choose. Both forums have owners which are unresponsive to resolution of account suspensions. NamePros more specifically which is owned by Ron James has for the longest time concealed any contact information in it's whois records and further does not provide any on it's site.

Primarily I would suggest the reason for hiding this information is because the owner does not want to deal with any legal disputes or complaints. A quick search on the Secretary of State's website does not show any registration for NamesPros under LLC's or Corporations.

NamePros owner actually also runs the DNOA (Domain Names Owners Association) and further has a few initiatives which would suggest that Ron James believes in fair business practices but I assure you this is not the case.

Alternatively.... if you are looking for a community that does practice fair moderation and enforcement of rules checkout DNFORUM.COM and Digital Point.

Well on April 3rd, I turned 24 years old and my wife bought me a new Dell Inspiron 1525 Laptop and I bought myself some new pc games and just the other day I bought a new Linksys WR45 Wireless G Router.

Anyways I am doing a lot of freelance work and now that things are going well I will return to posting on a daily basis. By the way Dell is sending me a free $199 laptop messenger bag all because of a mistake in my order.

It is known to the public that Google has been selling its products to agencies such as the National Security Agency (NSA) and Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) for intelligence programs.

It is unfortunate that the public is not allowed to know all of the uses in which the intelligence community will apply Google Technology since the CIA and NSA do not have to disclose such information under the Freedom of Information Act or any other existing law.

I think that in the foreseeable future abuse will be reported by the media that will be associated with the use of Google Products in the gathering of intelligence domestically.

It has already been suggested that various telecommunications companies supplied private data to the intelligence community such as call data from phone networks and other information.

American citizens right to privacy is being infringed upon more and more.
