Just like I thought there was a finding of lack of evidence in the seizure of children from the FLDS (Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints) and the children are being released back to the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints compound in Texas.

This will probably not result in a civil suit but if these FLDS people had any smarts they would bring a suit against that county and all involved parties who infringed on their rights.

Law Enforcement are not allowed to operate purely on rumor and must have substantial evidence. It seems like every week now you open a newspaper and a instance of civil rights being violation by law enforcement is ever so present.

Yearning For Zion Ranch in Eldorado is probably the last place on the planet I would want to vacation to or visit. I think that Warren Jeffs will eventually find some avenue for a successful appeal for his case aswell.

I think there were definately some awful and sick things happening to children at that compound however if I were a member of Law Enforcement I would have never operated of simple suspicion.
