It's official KCTalk.com and Frank Arena are now named defendants in a federal lawsuit alleging copyright infringement, fraud and slander.

Frank Arena had been known for years on WebHostingTalk.com as a con artist who defrauded hundreds of people. He is now using copyrighted content from this blog and a dozen other sites without any permission or right to said content.

On behalf of a dozen newspapers and websites who are named plaintiffs in "ex parte" I filed a lawsuit against Frank Arena, Jeff Hirst and Aaron Case who are all doing business as KCTalk.com

This should bring a final chapter to this deceptive behavior by this trio!
