I have independently confirmed that Goog 411 is no longer accessible whatsoever from payphones although Google still has neglected to update the Goog 411 web page to inform its users of such. I confirmed this by using a free VOIP gateway and randomly dialing Goog 411's toll-free access number while spoofing the outgoing number from a list of over 10,000 payphone numbers across the country by modifying the data pre-sets on the PBX and other telephony hardware.

I currently have a better business bureau complain in to Google headquarters and am awaiting a response. I will notify my readers as to Google's response as soon as one is provided.
